  • Do I need prior Medicare experience?

    No. Our onboarding is built for new agents. You’ll get classroom-style guidance, field ride-alongs, and supervised first enrollments so you can learn by doing.

  • Is there a cost for training or materials?

    Training is provided at no cost. You’ll use our Broker resources for AHIP discounts, E&O, and required forms; carrier-specific fees—if any—are disclosed up front.

  • How does Covington help with leads?

    We co-create a local marketing plan—postcards, community events, church groups, and doctor-adjacent outreach—plus QR codes and JotForms to capture and route leads.

  • Can I get in-person support in Oldham County?

    Yes. We meet agents in Crestwood and nearby Louisville neighborhoods for live coaching and client appointments when needed.

  • Which products will I offer?

    You’ll represent all major Medicare options—Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans—plus dental/vision, life insurance, annuities, and long-term care.
